All in all, my four days stay was quite enjoyable and refreshing Positive: The apartment is very spacious and clean. The rooms were almost soundproof. everything including the air condition units were in good working condition. i was impressed with the security features, very modern. Negative: I felt there could be more communication with regards to what is expected. I believe better could have been done with regards to complimentary bath soap, it was way too little for family of three. The night before I checked out, I asked a question regarding laundry detergent and the possibility of the company having for purchase, I never got a response. I am an individual who doesn't like to travel with dirty clothing. so, a simple response would have been appreciated.

Great Stay, Highly recommend Positive: I was a solo traveler, and the hostess was responsive to all of all my questions from how directions to the property, how to get the key out the box and access the door to the gate was answered with kindness and promptness. I was grateful for the help each time I called or texted. She even video'd with me to ensure I had it right. Everything you needed including tv in English and chargers for you to use if you forgot the converter were available throughout your stay. Also, 3 restaurants food and drinks were just down the hill within walking distance. Negative: The rooms feel a little bare and could use some warmth but the mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front room was comfortable, but I am always nervous that multiple uses of sofas and throw pillows are not steam cleaned after each visitor.
